Account deletion
You can permanently delete your Online, Unfortunately account in the app. If you cannot sign in, support can help.

In the app
Open the You tab.
Open Settings.
Choose Delete account under Account.
Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
What is removed
Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, posts, uploaded media, feed activity, reactions, pairwise presence and evidence, relationships, Say hi choices, device tokens, chats, messages, and blocks. The action cannot be undone.
Limited exceptions
Reports and moderation records may remain without a live account identifier when needed for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law. Short-lived security logs and encrypted backups expire on the hosting provider’s operational schedule.
Email request
Write to support@ou.app from the email associated with your account and ask for deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
